“Each House (of Congress) may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel (impeach) a member.”

Article I, Section 5, U.S. Constitution

Our petition to Congress states:

Whereas, the Constitution clearly stipulates in Article 1, Section 5, that “Each House (of Congress) may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel (impeach) a member,” and
Whereas, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Congressman Adam Schiff, have claimed that President Donald Trump lied, and this was grounds for his removal (Impeachment and Conviction by the Senate) as President, and
Whereas, Pelosi and Schiff have repeatedly lied to their Colleagues in Congress and to the American people, and
Whereas, Congresswoman Pelosi exceeded her authority and violated the Constitution by commencement of Impeachment proceedings against the President, bypassing the required House vote, and
Therefore, the undersigned does hereby petition and request that the Congress exercise its Constitutional authority to remove Pelosi as Speaker and expel both Pelosi and Schiff from Congress for good and justifiable cause.
